The MicroPen EVO is an advanced, medical-grade automated microneedling device. Automated microneedling is an innovation in aesthetic medicine for facial skin rejuvenation. The Technology

The Eclipse MicroPen® EVO creates micro punctures in the skin’s surface. These punctures then initiate a wound healing effect to stimulate the production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid that results in softened lines, reduced wrinkles and scarring and an improvement to overall skin texture. While troublesome skin conditions are addressed, patients receive the benefit of a more youthful appearance as well

The Benefits

The Sessions

The number of sessions depends on the area to be treated. Many conditions see long-lasting results after just one treatment, however, we generally recommend 3-5 treatments for optimal results. One of the most exciting perks of the MicroPen EVO is the immediate results clients experience. Clients can see a “glow” to their skin as soon as the procedure is finished, and visible changes to the skin develop over the course of several weeks. Results continue to improve up to six months after the treatment.

The Duration

Treatment time may vary depending on the area and your unique skin concerns. However, most treatments are completed within 75 minutes. If receiving more than one treatment, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in between treatments.

The Downtime

Your skin will appear red and warm immediately after the procedure. Don’t wash your face for at least four hours afterward and avoid wearing makeup, working out, hot showers, sun exposure, and massages for 24-48 hours. You may notice tiny, pinpoint scabs up to three days after the treatment – don’t pick, touch, or exfoliate these scabs, they will fall off when the skin is healed.

The treatment is minimally invasive. Most clients say the feeling during the procedure is similar to sandpaper gently grazing your skin. While some areas are more sensitive than others, the speed of the Eclipse MicroPen® EVO, paired with our topical numbing cream, makes the treatment quick and more comfortable.

To ensure you are a candidate, a consultation is required before booking your session. No retinols or hydroquinone for 5 days prior to appointment having facial area treated. Please come to your appointment with clean skin.
