We proudly operate under a team-based system. This concept is something that is different from your regular salon, spa/med spa. How do we do that? We compensate staff hourly as opposed to commission - and we compensate our team well! This means no matter whether you are booked with clients or not, you are getting paid, and that’s important to us! With our team-based system, you share the success of the team - and we have an amazing team! With this system your opportunities for advancement are endless, advanced education is of upmost importance (and is provided and paid for), and your earning potential is limitless.
